The uninhibited introvert

“Don’t underestimate me because I’m quiet. I know more than I say, I think more than I do, and I observe more than you know.”
— Michaela Chung

WE HAVE DONE IT!!!!!

24 months of countless trial and error experiments, numerous embarrassing moments, surprising successes, and lots of new friends later, we have established the formula that can successfully help introverts to break out of their limitations and achieve their full potential.

We are creating a program of actions based on experiments we conducted ourselves in the real world that will help introverts to establish the courage, mindset, and journey to break down their introvert bonds and achieve success. We call this program:

THE UNINHIBITED INTROVERT

Head on over to The Uninhibited Introvert page to see the details. But here is a high level summary of the formula to help you get started on your journey.

1. Change your focus

You need to realise that your thoughts are just as important. Shift your focus from being a people pleaser to focusing on what you want. Adopt the important life realisation that you need to value what you have to say, your ideas, and your opinions first. If you don't value your own thoughts, why should anyone else value them.

2. Forget the outcome

Successful self improvement is a journey. It is a series of steps and new actions that you adopt, which accumulate over time, and when you look back, you are a completely renovated person. There is no such thing as taking "massive action"or "crushing it". Trust in the process, adopt one small action at a time, and over time, become the successful person you want to be.

Think about it. If you improve by 1% every week, after a whole year, you would've improved by 52%. After 2 years, you will be a completely new person.

3. Embrace the suck

Doing anything new is going to suck. Remember the first time you learnt to drive? I do. Within the first 5 minutes, I had driven up a roundabout. I sucked big time. But countless hours of practice later, I sucked less and eventually, I was deemed good enough to drive on my own.

You will suck at everything when you push out of your comfort zone. You will fail many times. But that's perfectly fine. When you suck, when you feel nervous, when you feel uncomfortable, that's when you know you are pushing out of your comfort zone.

4. Accept yourself

Last but not least, it's important you learn to accept who you are. Every journey has a starting point. But importantly, you need to accept the good things in your life as readily as you accept the bad things. You need to accept your strengths as readily as your accept your weaknesses.

In your journey of self improvement, you are not starting from scratch. There are foundations that you already have and you need to realise that all you have to do is build upon them. If you try something new and you fail, that's success, because you tried. Now try again and notch up another success.

Stop limiting yourself. You are much more capable than you realise.
